What are the cut resistant gloves I keep hearing about in all of my classes? I am taking a cooking class and we have just started, so I am sure they will explain more later. But I thought if I could get ahead, I will look like I am trying. From what I understand they are protective while you are using something that is sharp. Like a meat slicer. They also said that you needed to use them while you are cleaning the machine. Fine with me, I do not want to get cut! I wonder if we have to get our own, or they will be supplied.
