The economic class at the local high school gave an assignment for each student to use their parent’s information and obtain quotes for three different Insurance policies.  Of course, they had to clear it with their parents first.  They were given a website to research also.  The assignment was to get quotes locally and some online.  The teacher wanted them to keep track of the quotes and the process and how long it took.  On Monday each of then will share what they have learned with the rest of the class.  This activity will give them a taste of what some of the expenses will be when they become adults and full time members of the workforce.
