Do Italian Recipes have any vegetarian options?

While that is true for some countries but not for Italy, as Italian Recipes are a healthy mix of vegetarian and non vegetarian. When we talk about the most famous Italian recipes like pizzas, pastas, soups and salads, they all have an equal amount of vegetarian and non vegetarian selection. Italian food is known for its freshness which is created by using the freshest varities of vegetables and herbs. Most Italian homes rustle up a salad as a part of their meal which is proof enough that Italian are not only meat lovers but enjoy eating fresh vegetables too.
