No More Grains
September 29, 2009 10:11 pm HealthOne of my short term goals is to lose weight. I am not an obese person, but I do admit that I have a few extra pounds on me. My goal is to lose at least 15 pounds. I want to go twice or three times a week to the gym. In addition, I am planning on giving up grains for fat loss. I am very determined about eating healthier and exercising. I hope that I am strong in this process that I know will not be easy.
As a matter of fact, tomorrow is going to be my second day of going to the gym.
