I have been going around and around with my cell phone company because my calls keep getting dropped. I may not even be moving and then all of a sudden my conversation goes dead. Not having constant coverage is very annoying not to mention bad for business when I happen to be talking to a customer. The cell phone company said that the problem may be alleviated if I go with a new phone? Is that true or it this just a ploy to get me to spend more money with them and then have me locked into a longer contract?
