Two minute step to fix the error: The memory could not be read

This ccSvcHst.exe error is related to Symantec Norton. This article is not about a permanent solution to the problem, but gives just a temporary fix.
As a temporary solution to it: go to Start > Run and type in services.msc. Then double-click on the Norton internet Security. Thereafter, go into the Recovery Tab in the dialogue and set all the three responses to “Restart the Service.” Until Symantec sort the ccSvcHst.exe out, this is temporary fix is of great use so that you don’t have to restart your PC to get Norton running again and you don’t get an irritating pop up again and again.
